Returns & Refunds — FeteCart

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

30-day return window: Items returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

Opened products: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final sale items, and items marked "no returns" on the product page.

How to return: Email us at contact@fetecart.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Damaged or wrong items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@fetecart.com with photos — we'll send a replacement or full refund, no return needed.

Refund processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
