Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is FREE on every order, worldwide — no minimum. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee where supported.

Delivery time: United States 5–10 business days; Canada & United Kingdom 7–14 business days; Europe & Australia 10–18 business days; Ghana & other destinations 10–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

Where we ship: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, most of Africa, and most of Europe. Don't see your country at checkout? Contact us — we're expanding all the time.

Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes levied by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Lost or damaged packages: Contact us within 7 days at contact@fetecart.com and we'll make it right.
